Customer Service Module

A Customer Service (or "CS") Representative is a user with permissions (manually set by you, the admin) to assist customers with placed orders, enter new orders, and perform general support tasks. Our software allows complete customer support while protecting your sensitive data, such as credit card numbers and email addresses.
